Taj Long — a place for friends

Interact with Taj

General: Complex systems, internet culture, sociology, tiny objects, unnecessarily elaborate research rabbit holes
Design: AI, cloud infrastructure, systems thinking, mental models, editorial design, making enterprise software more magical
Current Obsessions: Psychological horror books, Glenstone Museum, @giz.akdag
Inspo: Vintage ad creatives, weird corners of the internet, people who make complicated ideas feel obvious
Exploring: How cognition changes an interface · Organizations as users · designing around intent instead of commands · the invisible metadata that makes software understand context
Heroes: Anyone who names their Figma layers

I design for complicated systems and the humans stuck using them. I pay attention, ask too many questions, and play until things make sense.
